Honorable Murunga's remains being transferred from Mumias Hospital last week. The Matungu MP died after failing to get oxygen at St Mary's Hospital in Mumias. Agnes Wangui Wambiri, who claims to have two children with the late MP, accuses Christabel Murunga and Grace Murunga of conspiring to deny her and her children access and participation in the burial arrangements and the actual burial event. Wambiri claims she has known the late MP for seven years and they were blessed with two children. “I first encountered the deceased in the year 2012 when he was a supervisor at Embakasi Ranching. A heinous plot to steal and secretly bury the late Kakamega County Chief Of Staff  Robert Sumbi by a concubine was last week scuttled after police refused to cooperate. Information in our possession shows that despite the officer's legal wife Mrs Sissy Nandama Sumbi obtaining stay orders and filing a case in court, the known concubine is determined to disinherit Mrs. Sumbi. We have established that the concubine Ivone Tunai had planned with three seniour County officials to have the body stolen and buried at a private cemetery in Kisumu for unknoiwn reasons.
