This is a video of how Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala was robbed off Ksh 2M by the Mumias DCIO Mr. Michai.

Muchai is seen struggling with the Senator as he grabs bunches of notes from Senator's bag that the police had recovered during fracas in the Matungu By elections. 

Malala is seen shouting.. "why are you stealing from me... He is taking my money this is my money"... As Muchai stuffs the money in his jacket and passes the same to individuals identified as police officers.

This is the highest form of theft and impunity amongst police officers expected to be custodians of the law.
